PetSnap's breed identification is highly accurate, with a success rate of over 95% for purebred dogs and cats. For mixed breeds, we provide the most likely breed combinations based on visual characteristics. Our AI model is continuously improving through machine learning.
Is my pet's data secure and private?
Yes, we take data privacy very seriously. All pet and user data is encrypted and securely stored. We never share your personal information with third parties without your explicit consent. You can review our full privacy policy for more details.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time through the app. Go to Settings > Subscription > Cancel Subscription. Your premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
Can I use PetSnap for pets other than cats and dogs?
While our breed identification is currently optimized for cats and dogs, many of our care features and community aspects are beneficial for all types of pets. We're actively working on expanding our identification capabilities to include more species.
